Rae Seymour-Smith

Rae Seymour- Smith is a dedicated human services professional with extensive experience supporting individuals facing complex life challenges. Her career spans roles as Case Manager at the Homeless Shelter Bridge to Independence, Team Lead for Gateway’s program addressing drug and alcohol issues among women, and Team Lead at Auberle, a group home for at-risk girls. She also served as a Team Lead at Envision Human Services, providing care and guidance for individuals with disabilities. Currently, Rae applies her deep commitment to rehabilitation and community reintegration as a Case Manager with a Work Release Program for prisoners, where she helps participants build stability, accountability, and independence as they transition back into society.
