ESCA Physical Office Closes
East Suburban Citizen Advocacy (ESCA) is making an important operational shift. Beginning February 15th, 2026, we will be closing our physical office and moving to a fully remote model.
This change reflects our commitment to using our resources wisely while continuing to provide strong, consistent advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities.
ESCA is NOT closing, reducing services, or changing our mission.
Our programs, advocacy, and community partnerships will continue without interruption.
You will still be able to reach us the same ways you always have.
• Our phone number remains the same and will continue to connect you directly with ESCA staff.
• All ESCA email addresses remain active and monitored daily.
Our team will continue to meet with individuals, families, and partners in the community, at mutually convenient locations, and through virtual meetings when preferred.
For more than 35 years, ESCA provided advocacy and build inclusive opportunities for those with developmental disabilities. That commitment remains as strong as ever.
Moving to a remote model allows us to stay flexible, accessible, and focused on what matters most — the people we serve.
If you have any questions or need support, please reach out. We’re here, as always.
We appreciate your support,
Heather Speeney
Executive Director
